Gathering of the Clan MacBog

As Piper MacBog plays a lament to the end of a fine bottle of Glen Toxic, Mooner MacBog readies himself to show his mettle! Meanwhile, Boozer MacBog, who is tired and emotional, takes some well deserved rest.

CLAN MACBOG

Scotland's smallest clan (average height around 4 inches) the MacBogs eke out a meagre living by dragging tourists into the heather, knocking them about, then running off with their credit cards.

In the winter months when tourists are scarce, the MacBogs huddle in caves, swapping credit cards and distilling the dregs from old whisky bottles to make their own ferocious blend - the famous "Glen Toxic".

Pickled grouse eggs also play a large part in their diet and as a result they can often be detected from a downwind position. MacBog is an opportunist, always on the lookout for anything edible. Unsuspecting tourists who have been forced to crouch in the heather to answer "Nature's Call" have received severe bites on their bottoms when a passing MacBog has seen the chance of a quick snack. MacBog utters a high-pitched, yelping cry, usually when mating but also when trodden on by the unwary
