Home Up News Customer Assistance Privacy Policy Complaints Repairs Should you find a problem with any item purchased from A'anside Studios then please contact us to allow us to rectify the problem.

If any item bought by you is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise unacceptable then we will make every effort to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.  If this is unacceptable, or you have any complaint then please contact either of the partners in the business (Barry or Jacqui Horning) in complete confidence by email at information@aanside.co.uk outlining the problem and providing a contact email address or telephone number and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Alternatively you may telephone during business hours (UK time, 0900 to 1730 Monday through Saturday) to 01479 872074 and speak to either of us.
